About

Nathan Noll lives in Northeast Ohio with his family. Outside his work as a Go-to-Market Systems Designer, he is passionate about flags, maps, digital archives, and the places where all three meet.

He is an avid hockey player and coach, and is proud to play a part in the origin story of many young Cleveland hockey players, through more than ten years of coaching Learn to Play hockey around the area.

How I work

Every system I build follows the same six rules.

  1. Anything I’d do twice gets built. Volume goes to code and agents; judgment stays with me.
  2. Dry run, ledger, rollback. Nothing destructive runs without a dry run first, an append-only ledger of what changed, and a tested way back.
  3. Draft mode until a human says go. Outreach, sends and deletes stay in draft until someone explicitly releases them.
  4. Measure cost per outcome, not activity. Cost per lead, cost per meeting, coverage percent. If a tab can’t show it, the tab gets rebuilt.
  5. Verify against the system, not the plan. Query the live account and quote the output before claiming anything is deployed or fixed.
  6. One plain name. Tools get a single, slightly funny name (The Governor, The Shefi) so people actually say them.
